Salon Policies

• All Services on a Sunday will incur a 15% Surcharge.
• We ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum 24-hour notice. Less than 24 hours ' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, as your appointment cannot be rescheduled at short notice. A deposit may then be required to hold future appointments.
• We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at any time. SMS confirmations are sent out 72 hours before the appointment.
• All colour services for New Clients or appointments over 2 hours require a deposit to secure the booking, which is deducted from the final bill on the appointment day.
• We accept no responsibility for damage to garments or the security of the client’s belongings in the salon.
• We kindly ask that young children be carefully guarded to prevent discomfort to fellow clients.
• 10% Student discount Monday-Wednesday (with ID). Children under 12 receive a 50% Cut & Dry. Children 13-16 receive a 30% Cut & Dry. Discounts do not apply to late nights or weekends.
• All fees are subject to change any notice.
• Prices may vary depending on your skin and the type of service.
